IMPORTANT INFO:
There is a minimum deposit fee of $120.00 + hst ($136.80) for each costume you wish to order due on or before Monday, June 9th. The balance owing for your costume will be invoiced once we receive quotes from our manufacturer.
Appointments will be scheduled for Late June/Early July.
Anyone wanting to use fundriasing $$ towards their deposits should reach out to the office prior to submitting payment here for a code to apply during checkout.
Absolutely no late costume design requests will be accepted. Please submit your deposit & form by the deadline to ensure you will not be disappointed.
